The Moment

Life Can Change in a Blink

Things can all change in a moment. The fact that you can lose a loved one in the blink of an eye should urge you to stay present in every moment.

Loss and the Frozen Heart

I have suffered great loss, but I have also gained the wisdom of living in the now. My heart is an icebox in this present moment, and though I may smile and laugh, you will never know just when I might turn frozen.

The Heat of Love

It’s love that keeps me moving—the little heat of compassion that melts my heart so I can totally forget the past and live in this moment.

When Things Fall Apart

It is fall, so as I watch and allow things to fall apart, I know that they are also falling into place for a new moment.

This moment—now—I live, love, and laugh, knowing the greatest moment is yet to come.

Standing Strong with God

I am grateful each day that it is all happening now.
I heard they are about to get me…
but I’m not running—not one bit.

I stand with God.
I stand strong, in tune with all that is happening all around.

I must stay in total balance, must master the art of holding this together—the world that I am creating and the world that binds this mortal body.

Forgiveness and Release

Yes, I have done right. But forgive me for my transgressions, because I have forgiven myself.

I no longer take things personally. I fully let go of anything that has led to dis-ease in life.
Life is love, laughter, and joy.

Awakening the Mind

There is more to life than we often allow ourselves to see—strange philosophies that can break the locks on our minds, remove the veils from our eyes, and open the third eye.

You control your reality with guidance from God. Once fear disappears, the air clears, and a new you appears.

The Endless Cycle of Life

The process never stops. Age is not a factor. You are here, then you are gone, then—funny enough—you are here again.

The Call to Presence

The moment is now—
to make hay while the sun shines,
and to stay woke in the night,
lest you sleep away and miss the moments.

The moment is now.
The cure for all mind games is to stay present, master your own time, and take the tides of life as they serve you.
